Ernie and Sandra have been actively involved in church planting and compassion ministry for 38 years. They currently  serve as the Latin American/Caribbean ACTS 2 JOURNEY INITIATIVE Regional Representatives for AGWM. Their purpose is to equip national leaders and train facilitators in each country, who in turn teach their local pastors and leaders how to become healthy and reproducing churches. They help pastors and their vision teams to recalibrate their mission, vision, and values, and to develop a personal strategic plan to fulfill their mission in the the local church and surrounding communities.
